How do I get the price?+
Send your request on WhatsApp with your dates. The price depends on the car, the dates and the rental period, so we reply with an exact quote.
Do you rent cars to companies?+
Yes. We rent to companies for monthly or yearly contracts, from one car to several. Send us your needs on WhatsApp and we prepare a custom quote.
What documents do I need?+
UAE residents: Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. Visitors: passport with visa or entry stamp, your home licence and an International Driving Permit if needed.
Is there a deposit?+
Yes. A refundable security deposit is taken at pickup and returned after the car comes back, minus any fines or tolls.
How do Salik and Darb tolls work?+
Abu Dhabi (Darb) and Dubai (Salik) toll gates are charged automatically to the car. We add the tolls you passed to your final bill at cost.
What happens with traffic fines?+
Fines during your rental are the driver's responsibility. We tell you about any fine we receive and settle it from the deposit or with you directly.
What is the fuel policy?+
Return the car with the same fuel level you received it with. If it comes back with less, we charge the missing fuel.
Can you deliver the car?+
Yes, within Abu Dhabi. Choose “Deliver to me” in the booking form and tell us where.
Can I extend my rental?+
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp before your return date and we extend it if the car is free.
Can I choose the exact model?+
We book by model with “or similar” in case that car is busy. Write your preference in the notes and we do our best to match it.
